Transformative Education Showcase
A Spotlight on Intergenerational Learning
Thursday 31st July 10am - 12pm AEST
The Showcase is hosted by Wyndham Community & Education Centre and is a professional development day focused on learning for educators across all life stages. It will feature a panel of guests speakers from across Victoria who are leading intergenerational initiatives that are making a difference. The event will showcase four programs that demonstrate best practice in intergenerational learning and how these programs foster meaningful engagement and knowledge exchange between different generations.
GenConnect Consulting Founder Gina Haebich will be facilitating the "In-Wyndham" panel exploring local programs that focus on the development of positive relationships between younger and older people. Including: parents & children, seniors & children and young people & young adults.

Global Intergenerational Week is a worldwide campaign that celebrates relationships across all ages.
GenConnect will be holding a free event for older adults and children to come together to participate in some fun and creative activities, including art & craft, singing and story time. Check back for more details soon!

Positive Ageing Expo - Wednesday 5th March
